NOTIFICATION

            Under the provisions of Article 30 of the Constitution of All India Association of Inspectors and Assistant Superintendents Posts, it is hereby notified that the Circle Working Committee Meeting of the Association will be held at Sri Annapurneshwari temple hall Horandu Dist: Chikkamagaluru on 06.01.2018 at 1000 hours.

Agenda:-

1.   Confirmation of the minutes of the last CWC held on 15.07.2017 at Belgaum.

2.   Organizational and Financial review of the association.

3.   Subject matters for debate/discussion and decision thereon.

      a. implementation of Dte order dated 24-10-2017 for up-gradation of Grade pay of Inspector Posts from Rs.4200/- to Rs.4600/- w.e.f. 01.01.2006, contempt case at Ernakulam bench.

      b.   Bunching & anomaly issues of Seventh Pay Commission.

      c.   Regular promotion to PS Group ‘B’ Cadre & JTS cadre. (Regular DPC for the year 2017)

      e.   LDCE for the promotion to PS Group ‘B’ examination.

      f.    LDCE for promotion to Sr Postmaster examination.

      g. Issue of all India combined seniority list of Inspector Posts from the year 2001 onwards in phased manner.

      h.    Re-organization of Sub Divisions.

      i.   Re allotment of ASP’s from region to region.

      j.   Supply of Data card/Laptops/Computers with Broad Band connection for all IP/ASPs other than Sub Divisional Heads

      k. Sanction of PLI/RPLI incentive to the sub divisional heads through McCamish software

      l.    Clerical assistance to the Sub divisional heads in view of monitoring of BD & e-enabled services.

      m. condemnation of the old laptops and supply of new laptops to sub divisions

      n. Revision of Inspection Questionnaire.

      o.   Any other item with the permission of the Chair
