It is reported by Shri Ajith Kurian Ex-CS Kerala Circle that our Grade Pay case disposed of by Hon'ble CAT Ernakulam Bench directing the Finance Ministry or else the 7CPC to examine the case and retify the anomaly.
The copy of judgement is not received. Kerala circle is in touch with lawyer.
