DPC : JTS Gr. A cadre for the year 2015-16.....updates

   Today (11-9-2015), while ascertaining the present status of holding of DPC for promotion to the cadre of JTS Gr A for the year 2015-16 at Directorate,  it was told that as on date following 26 officers APARs are still missing and required at Directorate. These officers are in the Zone of Consideration for promotion to JTS Gr A for the year 2015-16. Thus, the proposal is incomplete and Directorate is unable to submit it to UPSC for further action. On 27-8-2015 Directorate reported for want of APARs of 30 officers, since then only 4 officers APARs were found submitted by circles. Today Directorate has issued email to CPMsG with a request to send these officers APARs (if original not available, attested copies of these APARs) or No Report Certificate (NRC) immediately to SPG Section so that file can be sent to UPSC for holding of DPC for the vacancy year 2015-16.

GS has already appealed to Circle Secretaries, CHQ Office bearers and IP/ASPs working in Andhra Pradesh / Himachal Pradesh / Jharkhand / Karnataka / Rajasthan / Tamil Nadu and West Bengalcircles through phone calls/ whatsApp and SMS to meet personally to APMG (Staff)/ AD(Staff) and request them to arrange to send either original APARs or No Report Certificates (NRCs) to Directorate on or before 31^st August 2015, but except few CS, nobody has reported any information to GS.

It was already requested to these Circle Secretaries and IP/ASPs working in Circle Office that if circle administration is not responding to Directorate’s correspondence (emails), then take the appointment of CPMG and enlighten the present position of the issue to him/her. All are aware that since 31/7/2015 Directorate is asking for these documents. Reminder issued by email to these circles on 28/8/2015 and 11/9/2015. During the course of last 42 days only 11 officers APARs were traced out by circles.

All will agree that as per the allotted dates by Directorate our senior colleagues has personally handed over incomplete information (documents i.e. APARs) in person at Directorate and completed the formalities. It is learnt from reliable source that few circles has deputed dealing assistants working at CO to hand over the documents to Directorate, as it was called in person.  It is again not understand that who is responsible for delay in holding of DPC for promotion to the cadre of JTS Gr A for the vacancy year 2015-16.
