The
Reception Committee has been formed and the preparation
for hosting the conference is in full swing. The Reception Committee
whole heartedly welcomes the members all over Karnataka to the land
of Chalukya kingdom Badami, a historical place and to make the conference a grand
success.
Dates of the conference:
08.03.2014: Pre Conference CWC (CWC
members)& Subjects Committee meeting
09.03.2014: Open Session.
Venue of the conference:
Hemaraddi Mallamma Samudaya Bhavan Badami- Dist :Bagalkot
Arrangements:

The venue of the
conference is at a distance of 1 KM from Railway station and Bus stand of
Badami.
·
CWC members are
requested to kindly intimate the number of delegates (male / female) and their
family members attending the conference, well in advance, to enable reception
committee to make arrangements for their stay. If the delegates want
family rooms, details must be conveyed to reception committee without fail.

Badami is a historic tourist place.
The details will be provided at the venue of the conference.

conference will be dispatched to all the members shortly.
