Change of "Muharram" Holiday from 14/11 to 15/11

It was Communicated by Circle Office, Bangalore that all the Operative offices and Administrative offices in Karnataka state will observe holiday on the occasion of "Muharram" on 15.11.2013, Friday instead of 14.11.2013.
