In pursuance of orders contained in CO
memo No. STA/1-21/ASP/DPC/2013 dtd 14.05.2013, the Competent Authority has ordered the
following officiating arrangement of following IP cadre officials in the cadre
of Asst. Superintendent on adhoc basis in scale of pay of Rs.9300-34800 with
Grade Pay Rs.4600/- with immediate effect & until further orders:

In case any vigilance/disciplinary case is pending or contemplated against the
official promoted on adhoc basis, the officer should not be promoted but the
matter should be reported to this office immediately.
3.
The service rendered on ad-hoc basis will not count for seniority or for
regular promotion in the cadre. The officiating arrangement is for less than
365 days and can be terminated any time.
4.
Relevant charge reports may be sent to all concerned
