Today, bimonthly meeting with PMG SK Region was
held at 1230 hrs. Sri Manjunatha Hubballi CS and Sri Joseph Rodrigues Circle
Treasurer attended the meeting. The following issued were discussed in the
meeting.
1. Release of RPLI incentive to
Sub Divisional Heads w.e.f 01.10.2009
2. Providing clerical assistance
to sub divisions
3. A separate tool for inspection
of computerized offices by the inspecting officers.
4. System administers training to
the IP/ASP’s in the changed scenario of total computerization of all classes of
Post offices.
Sri Vineet Pandey PMG
and Dr P M Saravanan DPS were present during the meeting. The above issues were
discussed in length. After the meeting the RPLI incentive issue has been taken
directly with Sri Ashok Poddar, GM PLI, who was incidentally present in the PMG
office, who has responded positively. The
clarification may be issued shortly. The minutes of the meeting will be posted
after receipt from the PMG SK region.
