Subject: Regarding consideration of Rule-38 transfer of surplus IP candidates of 2008 batch.
Ref: Nil
Respected madam,
In connection with the above cited subject, the surplus candidate of 2008 batch from Karnataka Circle had been allotted to Rajasthan Circle. In this light one Sri M G Ramachandraiah is working as Inspector Posts,  Nimbahera,  Chittorgar-312601 (Rajasthan Circle). As per the DG memo No A-34013/01/2009-DE(Pt-i) dated 30.06.2011, Rule 38 transfer of the surplus candidate working outside Karnataka Circle should be consider. Accordingly Sri M G Ramachandraiah applied for Rule-38 transfer in the month of July 2011.In the letter and spirit of the above mentioned DG memo, IP surplus candidate of 2009 batch have been allotted to Karnataka Circle. Unfortunately the senior than this batch candidate Sri M G Ramachandraiah has not been transferred to Karnataka under Rule 38 transfer. It is obviously injustice for him.
As per the procedure, he has requested to CPMG Rajasthan for Rule 38 transfer to Karnataka Circle. CPMG Rajasthan disposed his request stating it will be considered after completion of probation period. In the changed circumstances he has requested Directorate to consider Rule 38 transfer to Karnataka Circle waiving the restriction of 2 years probation period. Directorate has disposed the request application by directing CPMG Rajasthan circle for favour of necessary action. It is learnt that CPMG Rajasthan Circle has referred to Karnataka Circle for accommodating the surplus candidates.
Hence the case is pending with Karnataka Circle.
So it is requested to initiate the process of bringing back the surplus candidate of 2008 batch to Karnataka Circle under Rule 38 transfer. Association will be very thankful for this act of kindness and this will full fill the shortage of IP candidates in the circle too.
Thanking you madam,
Encl:a/a                                                                                                        Yours sincerely
