ReplyDeleteThe accommodation were booked in advance in the posh area near to the venue in order to help the delegates. The rooms were booked in advance after information received from respective circle secretaries and alloted the rooms so as to enable all the delegate of one circle to be accommodated in one place. But some of our delegates insisted that they should be accommodate along with their friends / delegates of other circles leaving the rooms allotted to them. Since the rooms were already booked and no additional rooms could be booked in the places of their choice. But there were still vacant rooms booked near the venue i.e Shikshakara Bhavan and Minerva Circle for which we have paid the charges without occupation. The vehicle arrangement was also made in the morning and in the night for the delegates accommodated in Minerva circle and Pooja Lodge.
In spite of this if anybody complains then we are sorry.
