  4. Sir, This is really a wonderful move against the impractical approach of the adminstration. Such a dare move is always welcome. Heartening to note the sparkling points backed up by the super sub quieries. Hats off to you sir. Very eager to know the response of our respected DPS, PMG to DG. Your courage is a role model to all cadres.

  5. What a compilation???? People who are sitting at the top with civil service crowns should see their backs before dumping the things on the subordinates. How much they have done when they were in the same or little higher cadr??? This is the real occasion to review the same. The move of the ASP is highly appreciable.

  6. Intention is welcomed, but not in RTI format . Dept will not give any answer . Because maximum question are initiated with Why and what .

  7. Dear Anonymous,

An RTI question is to be answered with clear information. Otherwise the officer responsible for giving information will be held responsible for. Let us wait for the reply of the administration.

  8. That's a gut. I press hard to support the initiative by all the IP/ASP associations in the country and back any legal lacuna in the application as someone pointed out if the same is rejected or kept unanswered. It's high time our associations enter the issue immediately and support Mr. Pai nay all the IP/ASPs in the country. Legal and monetary support should pour in for the purpose. Waiting for Associations response for the same........

  9. It is really high time that the officers in IP ASP cadre showing their anguish towards the administration. Do anyone can guess how many new sub divisions were created? I don’t know ? But I know there are PMG / DPS posts created for BD alone. We don’t object for it rather we support that and wish that still let there be many more regions so that there will be more thinks tanks in the Dept and let the top administration come closure. But what is paining is that the administration has let down the IP ASPs and just thrust on them the unrealistic targets. It is just a torture who seriously think of the targets because they do have many more / many fold work to do. I hope Mr Pai ‘s has expressed with frustration. It is natural and I think it is not with any animosity with the immediate top administration but with the overall step motherly treatment meted to IP ASPs in the Dept on many aspects.

First is the grade pay issue. I hope the Dept is considering the IPs as just senior post man cadre as regards with the grade pay(after MACP) I don not know how long the top Think-tanks waste time for upgradation of grade pay of IPs in spite of the Pay commission giving a clear upgradation verdict. We are just hear to do what the administration thrust on us and for getting grade pay we have to approach Hon CAT…….! This is the justice IP ASPs getting.

What to Do? We are sufferers however in the suffering there are some people voicing their frustration like this.

  10. now that is what is called pressure? the RTI application has been removed from the blog. does any higher authority ordered this to the person maintaining the blog. THATS HOW THE ADMINISTRATION WORKS IN INDIA.

  11. Thats right the administration in india is worst than british administration. The move of mr pai is absolutely right and every one should support. The application should be displayed in all circle's blog and if voting done. 100 % positive vote will be received in favor of mr . Pai. I know that mr pai will be presurrized . But everyone get united now. Hats of to mr pai.

  12. Hats off to Mr.pai but what about our association and are so called mentors ,why isn't anyone thinking of putting pressure by ways like non-co-operation or strike ?If department wants to pay us like Postman ( with duerespect to them) then the quantum of work should be that much only.
Here, we are working round the clock for it and in return we donot get due respect too ..leave alone the pay . If department's higher ups think that we are useless ( as they mention us in their meetings...useless IPs and useless ASPs)then we should be declared surplus and should be sent to work in some department which atleast will give us respect.
