As per the programme communicated by the CHQ, the open session of the All India Conference of the Association which is being held on 03.04.2010 will witness, among other things, the Special Address by Ms. Radhika Doraiswamy, our esteemed Secretary (Posts). We will be anxiously waiting for her speech to know her mind about Grade Pay of IPs which is one of the most important issues that the IP cadre is confronted with at the moment.
