Today orders of MACPC issued in Junagadh division of Gujarat circle and as the matter was discussed in conferrence at PTC vadodara .
19 Postmans of Division has been promoted in MACPC III and they are placed in Grade pay of 4200 from 01-09-2008.
Out of 19 postmen 4 postmen are in my 'R' Unit which are taking grade pay of 4200.
The same condition also happened in your division also.
This is the extreme injustice to IPO cadre.
More over 48 postal assistants are place in MACPC II in grade pay of 4200 out of them 12 P.A. are in my sub division and most off are SPM's.
How can we say that we are the supervisor of Postman and Postal assistants?
The department and Pay commission has done gross injustice to IP cadre.
We request GS to give justice to our cadre by approaching CAT and does not go with proposals of merger etc.. which are just time wasting and demoralizing.
The time is running very fast and if some more time gone we will be used to it and our status will be just like PRI(P) and silent target achieving machines.
